The questions are multiple choice in both end-of-chapter tests and the final exam. The end-of-chapter test tests your learning in that chapter. The majority of the final exam questions are scenario-based and aim to test how well you conceptualise your learning and how you critically analyse situations to apply them.

After completing the final exam, you will be issued a Draleo Certified Lifeguard certificate.

While this will vary individually, we have designed this course to be completed in less than 20 hours. You will have 90 minutes to complete the final exam.

Here at Draleo, we do not profess to be the creators of any technologies. However, we have extensive knowledge working with many technologies and are passionate about sharing. We have simplified what is required to set you on the path to be successful in a technical support team in a SaaS company. However, some content is particular to Draleo, and we are confident that the entire course will help to polish your technical and customer support skills.

We asked technical support agents and engineers how they preferred to learn online content—most preferred text-based material for topics where they wanted to retain the information and recap easily. Video is preferred for mandatory work-type training, i.e., health and safety training.
